• Has knowledge of operating tractors with mowers, brush cutters, and other types of grounds keeping equipment.
• Ability to perform other duties such as painting, corrosion removal and treatment, and the use of chemical applications for grounds keeping.
• Maintains records of assigned tasks and inspections.
• Operate all the powered equipment in a safe manner.
• Ability to work limited overtime.
• Be trained to operate power generation emergency generators both manually and automatically.
• On as a needed basis monitor power plant machinery and systems. Makes periodic inspection rounds of generator equipment/system/facility and monitors equipment operation to ensure uninterrupted power to facility.
• Perform tasks assigned by the Site Manager / Site Supervisors.

Has knowledge of operating tractors with mowers, brush cutters, and other types of grounds keeping equipment. On as a needed basis monitor power plant machinery and systems. Makes periodic inspection rounds of generator equipment/system/facility and monitors equipment operation to ensure uninterrupted power to transmitters and associated ancillary equipment.
